 What is the cost of delivery and when can I expect my order?

What guarantees do you give?

Please check under our terms and conditions for our refunds and exchanges policies.

How do I cancel my order?

Please telephone as soon as you decide you wish to cancel the order and if it has not been despatched we will cancel the order for you. If it has been despatched please see our returns and exchanges policy in our terms and conditions.

How do I change my personal details?

Log into 'My Account' and click on 'update information'. This will enable you to edit and save anything you wish to change. Click on process request and your changes will be saved.

I have forgotten my password - what do I do?

Go to 'My Account'  and click on 'Lost Password' and then 'Send Password'. We will then send you an email reminder. Please keep your password secure at all times to prevent anybody else ordering goods on your behalf.

What discounts do you give for dance teachers?

We offer preferential quantity discounts for dance teachers. We prefer to speak to you in person so please contact us via email at info@expressdance.co.uk or telephone on 01733 565563.

Do you fit taps to shoes?

Yes this is a service we offer - please look under Dance Shoes - Taps and click on Tap Fitting Service to order. Please note we do not refund or exchange shoes that have had taps fitted.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, where applicable, all our prices include VAT.

Are your shoe sizes all standardised to UK sizing?

Yes.

Can I order my child's Royal Ballet School uniform over the Internet?

No - this is a special service provided for the Royal Ballet School and you must order using the forms provided by them or telephone us. You can also email your order to sales@expressdance.co.uk.
