PAYMENTS
We are happy to accept payment from most major credit cards and payments by cheque. Payment must be received before orders are despatched.
PRICES
Our prices include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without notice. Should our suppliers amend their prices Express Dance Supply Ltd may have to reflect this.
All payments are transacted in £GBP. For overseas orders please email info@expressdance.co.uk with your order and we will advise you of the postage costs.
AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of receipt. Where the goods are in stock you should receive your order within 1 to 3 days. If goods are out of stock the items will be placed on back order and will be dispatched to you when available. Please note that your goods may be delivered at separate times.

Should you require express delivery, as the cost will depend on the weight and volume of the parcel please either email your order or telephone us on 01733 565563 and we will be happy to advise.
Goods will be shipped by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force as appropriate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items will fail to give satisfaction will be exchanged or your money refunded, provided they are returned within 7 days in an unworn condition and in their original packaging. Only goods that have a manufacturing fault will be exchanged outside of this period.
In the event that you are exchanging goods due to the wrong size or colour being ordered full return postage must be paid. Express Dance would also recommend recorded post as we are unable to accept responsibility for any mislaid parcels.
Please note that we will only exchange audio or video cassette tapes if they are faulty, and then only for the same tape. No refunds will be given for these items.
